The project is a book featuring illustrated Polish legends.

The book uses traditional Polish colors along with folk embroidery inspirations. The purpose was to encourage young readers to learn about tradition and history.

It was also important to show the emotions of the characters. Popiel, who did something wrong, will suffer consequences that cannot be undone.

Some characters have clothing that is inspired by traditional costumes - depending on which regoin the legend comes from.

A cover has also been designed, which has inspirations from folklore too.
